Impeachment
A. Executive officers.
An executive officer may be impeached if:
1. If he /she gets below a cumulative G.P.A of 2.5
2. Is under any disciplinary or academic probation
3. Fails to comply with the rules and conduct of Gordon College.
4. Regularly fails to attend meetings without a documented absence.
5. Is involved in anything that goes contrarily to the constitution of the engineering club of Gordon College.
B. Members
A member may be impeached or expelled from the club if:
1. If he /she gets below a cumulative G.P.A of 2.5
2. Is under any disciplinary or academic probation
3. Fails to comply with the rules and conduct of Gordon College.
C. Suspension
A member may be suspended if membership body deems the individual’s action were inappropriate and unprofessional.
Amendments and Ratification
Any amendments to the constitution must be proposed to the executive officers or supervisor.
The constitution will be ratified upon 2/3 majority vote to the executive official.
